We have succesfully carried out the implementation of several PPM systems from scratch, improving and utilising existing systems or helping carry out and complete PPMs to make sure targets are met.
Disaster Recovery
Creating databases/folders with relevant information such as PLC Programmes, Drive Parameter Lists, Technical Files, Electrical Drawings and making sure labels and identification is clear throughout the install.
New Installations
We are highly experienced in installing a wide range of control systems, design & building bespoke control panels
Complete site installation, proficient at installing all types of cable and containment to a very high standard and to the correct regulations
Continual Improvement
This is where we have specialised over recent years. going into sites with ongoing/repeat issues and finding a resolution and increasing production and reliability.
Reactive/Breakdown
This is our least favourite work but unfortunetly what we end up doing quite often (luckily we happen to be pretty good at it)
We can help limit downtime and loss of production by being proficient at fault finding and having the experience to usually find a solution to big or small problems
